Digital Mobility Inc. (“DMI”, “we”, “us”) respects the privacy of the people who visit this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through digitalmobilityinc.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. What this policy covers

This policy applies to this website and to the forms on it. It does not apply to the information processed inside IMP, Braidmark or any other DMI product on behalf of a client agency. That information belongs to the agency and is governed by DMI’s agreement with that agency, including its data residency, retention and security terms.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site (contact, demo request, savings estimate or newsletter signup) we receive the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, role and message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, including the IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and tracking. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party tracking scripts. Embedded videos are loaded from Vimeo only when you choose to play them, at which point Vimeo’s own privacy policy applies to that request.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration or send the estimate you asked for.
  • To send the newsletter, if you signed up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to the DMI inbox by an email delivery service (Resend). The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the information only to provide their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Where it is stored and for how long

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up with your organization, after which they are deleted or archived in line with our records practices. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes. Website data may be processed outside Canada by the providers named above.

Security

We protect personal information with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted connections to this site and access controls on the mailbox that receives form submissions. DMI holds a SOC 2 Type I attestation, with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits in progress.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
