our clients, who employ the Intelligent Mobile Patrol (IMP) app. This Privacy Policy delineates our approach to information management concerning the IMP application.

  1. Information We Collect:
    1. Personal Information:The app integrates with the agency’s Identity Provider (IDP) to access the user’s name and badge number solely for identification purposes. The IMP app does not collect personal information from the user.
    2. Data Collection During Use:User may collect information from individuals they interact with while using the app. This data when transmitted through the app is encrypted in transit and at rest, using the latest encryption standards.
    3. Location Information:The app accesses native location services to facilitate automatic filling of location data in forms within the app.

    1. Limited Usage:Personal information obtained from the IDP is used solely for user identification within the app.
    2. User Identification:The app pulls the user’s name and badge number from the IDP for identification purposes only.
    3. Location Data Usage:Location data is used to assist users in automatically filling out their location in forms within the app.
  3. Data Sharing and Disclosure:
    1. No External Sharing:DMI does not share user data with any third parties.
    2. Data Retention:Digital Mobility Inc. (DMI) does not retain any user data. All data is 
      stored on premises with the client and adheres to data retention policies as defined by the client.  DMI does not possess access to the data.
    3. Data Deletion:Digital Mobility Inc. (DMI) does not permit data to be deleted from the application. All data is stored on premises with the client and adheres to data deletion policies as defined by the client.
    4. Client Control:Data handling is internally managed by the client, who constitutes the dedicated set of users of the application.
  4. Data Security:
    1. Encryption:Data transmitted through the app is encrypted in transit and at rest, using the latest encryption standards. Additionally, DMI employs its patented Braidmark security to prevent data alteration.
    2. Immediate Alerts:Security breaches or unauthorized access incidents trigger immediate alerts to DMI and the client.
  5. User Rights and Controls:
    1. Client Handling:User data management, including access, review, update, and deletion, is handled by the client.
    2. Client Oversight:All user data goes through the client’s IDP, and user controls are managed by the client.
    3. No Limitations:There are no limitations on users’ rights to access or modify their data.

    1. Regulatory Compliance:The app is compliant with all relevant data protection regulations as defined by SOC 2 and ISO27001:2022 standards.
