FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Toronto, Canada & Muscat, Oman & Dubai, UAE, March 10 2026 — Digital Mobility Inc. (DMI), a Canadian developer of advanced public safety technologies, and UIS International LLC, operating as UIS Cloud, today announced a strategic partnership to strengthen sovereign digital infrastructure and deploy next generation public safety technologies across Canada and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
The collaboration brings together DMI’s operational public safety platforms used by law enforcement and municipal agencies with the sovereign cloud infrastructure and AI analytics capabilities of UIS Cloud. The partnership is designed to support government modernization initiatives by delivering secure, scalable, and compliant digital ecosystems that enhance frontline operations while ensuring national data sovereignty.
Governments worldwide are accelerating the transition from legacy systems to secure digital infrastructure capable of supporting advanced analytics, operational transparency, and cross agency coordination. Through this partnership, DMI and UIS will deliver integrated platforms that combine operational technology with sovereign data environments designed specifically for government and public safety use.
Under the agreement, DMI’s public safety solutions will be introduced to GCC government agencies through UIS’s regional infrastructure and government partnerships. At the same time, Canadian public sector organizations will gain access to sovereign cloud infrastructure and advanced AI analytics environments delivered through UIS Cloud.
UIS Cloud has extensive experience supporting government and enterprise infrastructure programs worldwide. The platform has delivered more than 1000 cloud and AI deployments across over 20 industries, supporting mission critical digital transformation initiatives. Its technology ecosystem is supported by over 1000 AI and machine learning patents, and members of the UIS Cloud technical community sit on the Kubernetes Steering Committee, contributing to the governance of one of the world’s most widely adopted cloud infrastructure frameworks.
In November 2025, UIS International LLC, powered by DaoCloud and operating as UIS Cloud, was selected among the first 14 AI conformance initiatives recognized by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). This recognition highlights the organization’s role in advancing global standards for cloud native infrastructure and AI enabled platforms.
DMI brings proven expertise in digitizing frontline operations for public safety agencies. Its platforms transform traditional paper based reporting into secure digital environments that improve operational efficiency, evidentiary integrity, and real time oversight for police services, municipal enforcement agencies, and security organizations.
“This partnership represents an important step forward in building secure, intelligent digital infrastructure for governments,” said Amir Azimi, CEO at DMI. “By combining DMI’s operational experience in public safety technology with the sovereign cloud and AI capabilities of UIS Cloud, we are creating a platform that enables governments to modernize frontline operations while maintaining full control over critical data. Together, we are supporting public sector leaders in Canada and across the GCC with technologies designed to strengthen security, operational insight, and national digital sovereignty.”
“At UIS, we believe the timing is right to introduce hyperscale performance and sovereign digital infrastructure aligned with the EU’s eight pillar sovereignty framework to Canada and other global markets”. Says Shawn Bayati, Group CEO at UIS International LLC. “Governments are increasingly seeking trusted environments where sensitive data can be processed, analyzed, and protected within secure national boundaries while still benefiting from advanced AI and high performance infrastructure. Through our partnership with DMI, we are combining sovereign cloud architecture, AI driven analytics, and operational public safety technology to deliver a new generation of secure digital capabilities.”
The partnership will focus on several key areas of collaboration:
• Deployment of next generation public safety platforms for GCC government agencies
• Introduction of sovereign cloud infrastructure and advanced AI analytics environments for Canadian government organizations
• Development of secure digital ecosystems designed for government and critical infrastructure operations
• Expansion of cross border technology collaboration between Canada and the GCC
The initiative reflects a shared commitment by both organizations to support governments in building resilient digital infrastructure capable of supporting modern public safety operations, data driven decision making, and secure national data governance.
Joint engagements with government agencies and national digital transformation programs are expected to begin throughout 2026.
